Shipping: 

We ship U.S. First Class Mail and U.S. Priority Mail.

First Class Mail shipping is FREE to U.S. addresses at $35. 

Our small packages are delivered to your mailbox.

We ship to the U.S. and Canada.

We hope to again add back International Order shipping after we see some of the recent problems in global shipping resolve. For now, we ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you are a Shelby's customer in another country, please contact us directly about shipping to your area.

Shipping Costs:

     U.S. First Class Mail: $4.00, but free for orders of $35 or more.

     U.S. Priority Mail: $9.00 to U.S. Addresses

     Canada: $15.00 (U.S. currency)  This is the cost does not include any duty, taxes or tariffs.

Returns and Exchanges:

You have 60 days to return or exchange an item in its new, unused condition. With an additional 30 days for orders placed during October, November and December.

On U.S. Exchanges/Resizing:

You pay the postage to mail them back to us, we pay the postage to mail back the first exchange to you. If you have further exchange needs, additional postage of $4 may be necessary.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  Email us about your return and we may be able to speed up this process. Include your name, address, order # if you have it, and tell us what you're exchanging and the size you need.

On International Shipping - Canada: In most cases, for exchanges and resizing for orders placed outside of the U.S., all postage is paid for by you.

RETURNS: 

If you request a refund, you will receive a refund of the item price and any Sales Tax paid, not including any shipping charges on your original invoice.

All return and exchange items should be packed in a manner to allow them to pass through postal machines without damage.
