Return / Exchange Policy
You have 90 days to return or exchange an item in its new, unused condition.
On exchanges/resizing (U.S. orders only), we will pay the First Class Shipping for one resizing per invoice. If you have more than one item to resize, ship it together so we can pay for the returning shipping and count it as one shipment. If you have additional resizing needs, you would pay the shipping after the first request. ** On orders from outside the U.S. (International Orders), the buyer is responsible for all return, exchange, and resizing shipping cost. **
If you need more than one resizing effort, there may be a shipping fee of First Class Mail (we'll let you know) or $8.00 for Priority Mail (whichever method you choose). Shipping outside of the U.S. will be determined at the time and is paid by the buyer.
If you request a refund, you will receive a refund of the item price and any Sales Tax paid. We do not refund shipping cost.
